Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Job SuitUp. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Job SuitUp.

1. The service

Job SuitUp lets you upload a resume, analyze and tailor it against job descriptions with AI assistance, generate cover letters and interview preparation material, export documents, and track your job applications. The service is operated by Quantica Studio.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old.
• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
• One account per person; accounts are personal and not transferable.

3. Your content

Your resume, job notes, and everything you create in Job SuitUp remains yours. You grant us only the limited license needed to store and process it in order to provide the service (including AI processing as described in the Privacy Policy). We never sell your content or use it for advertising.

4. AI-generated content

• AI suggestions are drafts, not facts. You are responsible for reviewing everything before sending it to an employer — including checking that tailored content remains truthful about your experience.
• Job SuitUpis designed to never invent experience you don't have, but no AI system is perfect. Match scores are estimates, not guarantees.
• We make no promise that using Job SuitUp will result in interviews, offers, or employment.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service to create misleading or fraudulent application materials;
• upload content that infringes someone else's rights or contains malware;
• attempt to circumvent usage limits, probe or disrupt the service, or access other users' data;
• resell or provide the service to third parties without our agreement.

6. Free plan and limits

The service currently offers a free plan with monthly usage limits (shown in Settings). We may change limits or introduce paid plans; we'll communicate material changes in the app before they affect you.

7. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep Job SuitUpavailable and your data safe (you can export it at any time), but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability. We may modify or discontinue features; if we ever discontinue the service entirely, we'll give you reasonable notice to export your data.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time in Settings, which permanently erases your data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice unless the violation is severe.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (for free-plan users: €0). Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, or rights consumers hold under mandatory law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring disputes before the courts of your home country.
